We are looking for a passionate retail HR Advisor looking for a true generalist HR Role in a fast paced Support Office based in Chatswood. This role will suit a self starter with energy, passion and enthusiasm that would love to be part of a tight knit, successful human resources function.
My client is a specialty retailer looking for an experienced and passionate HR Advisor (from a FMCG or Retail Support Office background) to join their Support Office team. Your primary objective will be to support a large number of stores across Australia, with HR consultation, education and motivation, whilst contributing to the strategic direction of this function.
Fundamental to this role, is the need for you to posses strong administration skills as this role includes all aspects of HR administration including, probation tracking, remuneration reviews, and reporting.
This role will be part of an established HR function that is tight knit and highly respected for their service culture.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be from a Retail or FMCG Support Office environment with a minimum of 3-5 years’ of experience in a HR role.
- You will have proven experience in a HR role that requires multitasking, consultation and working across multiple sites and supporting Area Managers
- Have HR Qualifications at a University level
- Be extremely hands on and very administrative driven
- Have a working knowledge of relevant Acts, legislation, Codes and Standards.
- Have experience creating policies, job descriptions and training plans.
- Exceptional relationship and decision making skills are a must
