My client currently has an opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to become the Area Manager for their clinics based on the Gold Coast. Your current experience will show you have a minimum of 3 years multi-site management experience in a fast paced environment. Professional services or retail experience will be highly regarded.
Your primary objective will be to lead, guide and motivate teams within the region.
You will also:
- Be a self-sufficient leader that needs minimal supervision but thrives on achieving goals.
- Have a proven ability in achieving budgeted sales, margin and EBIT targets
- Loves creating strong morale and driving your team to support sales, profit and customer focus initiatives
- You will be both strategic and operational in your approach to profitability and business expansion
- Exceptional relationship building and decision-making skills with a down to business attitude that creates an environment for an effective team is paramount.
- Have the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
Fundamental to this role, is the need for you to possess strong attention to detail skills. You will be someone that can influence and create strong teams through demonstrating outstanding leadership capabilities.
