I have had the pleasure of working with Belinda over the last eight years. During that time our business grew from 36 to in excess of 220 stores. Belinda managed, almost exclusively, the placement of thousands of people across store operations (Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers), Marketing, Product and our store support team. It’s my personal belief that to be truly successful in recruitment you need a healthy balance of art versus science and Belinda manages this balance very well providing people who bring the necessary skills, behavior and attitude to roles.
